Welcome to our ticketing platform ("Nepali Things", "Things Nepali"). By using the Platform as an event organizer or as a customer, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to use the Platform:
1. In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
2. To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform, or which, as determined by us, may harm the Platform or users of the Platform or expose them to liability.
3. To engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform or the servers and networks that host the Platform.
4. To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, or any other systems or networks connected to the Platform, through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
5. To use any robot, spider, or another automatic device, process, or means to access the Platform for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Platform.
6. To use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Platform, or for any other purpose not expressly authorized in these Terms, without our prior written consent.
In order to create an event on the Platform, you may be required to register for an account with us. When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form, and to maintain and update your information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
You may create and manage events on the Platform subject to our approval. We reserve the right to reject or remove any event for any reason at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the event, including but not limited to the date, time, location, and performers. You must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the event.
You are responsible for providing refunds or exchanges to customers in the event of a canceled, postponed, or rescheduled event. We may assist you in providing refunds or exchanges to customers, but we are not responsible for any refunds or exchanges.
You must provide us with accurate information regarding ticket prices, fees, and any other charges associated with the event.
We reserve the right to change our fee of at any time without notice.
You are responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for customers attending your event. (Nepali Things does not assume any responsibility for any safety-related issues, concerns, or incidents that may arise during the attendance of your event.)
You may list events on the Platform SUBJECT TO OUR APPROVAL.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about the event as prompted by the event listing form, and to maintain and update the information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for the promotion and marketing of your event unless agreed otherwise.
Nepali Things LLC has expanded its services to include the listing of public Nepali events globally. Please find below the terms and conditions associated with this service:
Event Listing Process:
Events categorized as "OTHER EVENTS" will be added by authorized administrators or management personnel proactively, without explicit consent from the event organizers.
Communication with Organizers:
Following the publication of an event, a notification via email or message will be sent to the organizer, providing information about the listing. Organizers may request the removal of their event if they choose not to be featured on our platform.
Purpose of Listing:
The listing of events is solely for marketing purposes, and Nepali Things LLC does not seek direct revenue from the inclusion of these events.
Information Collection:
In the course of listing events, we collect specific details including the organizer's name, event name, date, venue, and price.
Please note that the collection and processing of personal information associated with listed events adhere to the principles outlined in our existing privacy policy.
Should you have any inquiries or wish to request the removal of an event, please contact us through our primary email address: info@thingsnepali.com.
Upon Agreement:
Nepali Things will handle ticket sales and delivery for your event.
Nepali Things will send purchased ticket payments to the event organizer leading up to the event after our agreed fees on a weekly basis.
Ex: Tickets purchased from April 1st - 7th will be paid out on April 9th.
Nepali Things is not responsible for setting the ticket price and any other charges associated with the event.
Nepali Things will post the agreed price on the website.
‘You’, the event organizer agree to honor all tickets sold through the Platform.
You may purchase tickets for events listed on the Platform subject to availability.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the ticket purchase process, and to maintain and update the information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for verifying all event details, including but not limited to the date, time, location, and performers, before making a purchase.
You are responsible for the safekeeping of your tickets after they have been delivered to you, and we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
Tickets may be delivered to you electronically, via email or other digital means, or physically, via mail or other delivery methods, as determined by the event organizer or us.
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or exchanged unless permitted by the event organizer or as required by applicable laws and regulations.
All tickets sold on NEPALI THINGS are FINAL SALE unless requested by the organizer on their discretion.
Nepali Things reserves the right to keep the fees associated per ticket which includes the transaction processing fee taken by the third party, Stripe.
Nepali Things will assist any one in providing forms to request a refund, however Nepali Things is not responsible to complete the refunds or exchanges unless you ‘the organizer’ approves the request.
Upon cancellation, postpone or rescheduling of an event, you ‘the organizer’ agree to provide refunds or exchanges to customers in accordance with our refund policy.
Nepali Things reserves the right to hold you legally responsible and to charge our fees associated with the transaction, if you, ‘the organizer’ fails to comply with the refund policy.
Nepal Things is not responsible for any losses or damage incurred by customers as a result of a canceled, postponed, or rescheduled event, including but not limited to unforeseeable weather conditions (including but not limited to earthquakes, hurricanes, snowstorm, flooding, fire and so on), incidental damages, travel expenses or any other expenses related to the event.
The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Nepali Things, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
These terms permit you to use the Platform for the purpose of listing and promoting your events and selling tickets. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, transfer, assign, pledge, or otherwise transfer or commercially exploit any content, software, or services provided on the Platform without our prior written consent.
By continuing to utilize our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this privacy policy, encompassing the listing of public Nepali events as described above.
